Wax-lined. Frame rubbing. Dirty varnish. Scattered craquelure. Old repaired 4 1/2 inch tear at lower right corner area. Scattered spots of inpainting: upper center; scattered in the foliage at upper center; in the arch at upper right center; in the back of the woman and chair at lower right; at far right center; area to the left and lower right of the waterfall. Few other small scattered spots.
