Signed "A. Sheldon Pennoyer" l.l., titled on the stretcher, identified on a label
from Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, affixed to the back of the frame.
Oil on canvas, 18 x 15 1/4 in. (45.7 x 38.5 cm), framed.
Condition: Lined, minor frame abrasions, surface grime.

Provenance: Sold to benefit the acquisition fund of the Hood Museum of Art, Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.
