DELIVERY-RECEIVING THE WINNING LOT

21.Payment-receipt of the purchased object can be made immediately after the payment of the invoiced amount.
22. The property right is considered transferred at the time of delivery-receipt of the lot awarded from the Historic Auction House to the buyer and subject to the full payment of the invoiced price to the buyer.
23. The delivery and transport of the awarded lot are the responsibility and under the risks of the buyer, which is due to take it from the headquarters of the Historic Auction House within 15 calendar days from receiving the payment.
24.If the adjudicator does not pick up the foreclosed property within the deadline, he expressly authorizes the Historic Auction House, after 30 days from the date of the auction, to transport the goods not collected by the buyer, in the account and on behalf of the buyer, in the a warehouse whose expenses will be borne by the buyer.
25. From the moment of transfer of the good in the warehouse, any kind of liability in relation to the foreclosed good is transferred to the buyer, the Historic Auction House being exempted in any situation. For the acquisition of the good, the buyer will have to pay the transport price to the external deposit and the share of the rent of the deposit, agreed by the parties as equal to the value of 10% of the award price / month. In the event that the buyer does not raise the awarded works within 3 months from the date of the external filing, the Historic Auction House is entitled to resell the work to recover its costs of transportation, storage and any other expenses.

Bidding Regulations

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. This Regulation establishes the general framework for conducting and participating in the auction events organized by the Historic Auction House.
2. The tendering regulations are supplemented by the Romanian Civil Code and any other incidental legal provisions.
3. This Regulation shall apply with priority over any other legal provision.
4.The registration / registration in any way during the auction has the legal value of full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions stipulated in this Regulation. At the same time, the same legal value of acceptance has the participation in the auction, personally or by telephone, online or by written offer.
5. The person who bids in any way, but fails to submit or sign or complete the registration / registration form is also subject to the conditions of this tender regulation.
6.In the tender organized by the Historic Auction House, any person who has reached the age of 18 may participate.

PRIVACY

7. The auction house will not disclose neither the name of the tenderer nor the name of the buyer unless they wish and submit a written request in this regard. The goods that are the object of the auction belong to the depositors who wish to dispose of them through and in the manner proposed by the Historic Auction House. Persons who place goods in consignment for sale through the Historic Auction House guarantee that the object submitted in consignment for sale by auction belongs to them and comes from their personal property or they have the legal right to sell it.

Auction catalog

8. Before the actual auction, the Historic auction house will publish and distribute a catalog containing the art objects to be put up for sale during the auction event. The objects subject to the sale will be able to be checked in advance. Under these conditions, the Historic Auction House guarantees to each of the buyers the opportunity to form their own, direct and effective belief about each particular item.
9.The published catalog for the auction event necessarily stipulates the interval of estimation of the value of the object subject to the auction, as well as the starting price.
10.The person conducting the auction is called the Commissioner. The auction commissioner announces the lot number and its starting price.
11. Art objects subject to auction are called LOTS or LOTS. The lots are called in the order of their listing in the auction catalog. The shouting and awarding of the price is made in EURO at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania on the day of the award.
12.If a person produces any damage, during the exhibition or auction, of one of the goods subject to the sale, the Historic Auction House may request it to bear the damage by paying the price equivalent to the maximum limit of the estimated value range, as published in the auction catalog.

PARTICIPATION IN THE AUCTION

A.Personal
13.To be able to participate in the auction organized by the Historic Auction House, the interested person will complete, in advance, a registration / registration form. Subsequently, the participation in the auction is done by raising a tender pallet, physically, in the auction room. The bidding palette will contain an order number assigned to the participant during the bidding event.
14. The auction commissioner will accept as valid another amount called by a tenderer, the amount that is higher than the previously accepted step, if followed by the indication of the tender pallet of the tenderer. When several participants indicate by raising the pallet the wish to bid the price requested by the auction commissioner, he will choose from one participant a single pallet, specifying it, as a rule, in the order of lifting the pallets. 15.Any interested person may participate in the auction in the absence, either by making a written offer, or by telephone through the representatives of the Historic auction house, or online through the auction platform available in electronic format or through the auction house application.
16.If several participants in the absence make offers for the same lot at the same maximum price, the first offer received will have priority. The priority rule is: 1. the offer called in the auction room, 2. the offer expressed in absence, by telephone, in writing or online.

17. The good submitted for sale is considered to be awarded to the participant who offers the highest price when cumulatively the auction commissioner shouts the word "AWARDED" and hits the table with the auction hammer. The award is a firm and irrevocable commitment to purchase, in accordance with the terms and terms of this bidding regulation and Romanian law. The goods for which no offer was made at the time of their initial call can be put back for sale during the auction, in the event that a participant expressly requests this fact.
18. The post-auction purchase is only possible at an amount equal to or higher than the minimum estimated value in the published catalog, to which is added the auction commission, subject to the tenderer's agreement on the sale of the lot in this way.

AUCTION FEE

19. The award price will be added to a tender fee (which includes VAT), of 20% if the good is paid in 7 calendar days and 22% if the good is paid in 14 calendar days. In case the good is not paid 15 calendar days from the date of the auction, the auction house reserves the right to offer the good to the tenderer one step ahead of the auction price.

PAYMENT OF THE AWARDED OBJECT

20.The awarded object will be paid in cash at the cashier of the Historic Auction House or by payment order in the account holder of the account "SC Casa de auctions Historic SRL", Fiscal Code 40413022, ACCOUNT RO05BTRLRONCRT0481500001 (RON) or RO52BTRLEURCRT0481500001 (euro) opened Transylvania Bank, and also by bank card.
