Signed and dated "Alice Rahon 63" in pen l.r., partially titled "Daphnis y Chl...
/Encuentro Bre..." on the reverse, identified on a label from the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes, Museo Nacional de Arte Moderno Mexico, affixed to the paper backing.
Oil and sand on paper/board, 11 3/4 x 16 in. (29.8 x 40.6 cm), framed.
Condition: Partially reinforced signature in graphite, mounted to Masonite, abrasions to u.l. and u.r. quadrants, surface grime.

Provenance: Through the collection of the artist; private Manchester, New Hampshire, collection.
