Lot 137: Anak Agung Gede Meregeg (Padangtegal, 1912-2000)

An Angler and Planters in a Padi Field Executed in, or before 1933 Wash technique on paper, black ink framing lines, framed and glazed. 32 x 18.5 cm. The artist was a member of the Pita Maha artists' association. Please note that before 1934/35 the artist was known as: I Dewa Gede Meregeg. Inscribed with the artist's name, and with the name of a previous owner: 'Dormeier, 1933', on the reverse. To be illustrated in a forthcoming book by Dr. A.
