A young boy, wearing white dress with frilled collar, yellow sash and wide brimmed hat dressed with pink and white ostrich feathers, he holds a coloured ball in his left hand. Gold frame with split pearl border, the reverse with gold-mounted blue glass border around aperture, glazed to reveal monogram AMW on plaited hair.
