Cards on file with Auction Zip will be charged automatically after 4 days of receiving invoice.

Bidding on and winning items in our auctions is a binding legal agreement to pay for the items and the shipping or other fees associated and laid out in our policies.

We accept all forms of payment. Invoices must be taken care of within 7 days of receiving unless you have contacted us for other arrangements. After the 7 day time frame and several reminders with no contact or payment made, we will relist or offer to other bidders the items and consider them abandoned by winning bidder.

Auction House will ship, at Buyer's expense

Due to the Auction houses fees being charged to us, bidders are charged a buyer's premium on items won and will be added to auction zip invoice automatically on each lot won. We do our best to off-set these fees with the lower shipping and handling for online bidders. If you are phone, floor, or other type of bidder the fees are not charged.

We do not charge internet sales taxes at this time for out of state winning bidders, as it is their responsibility to pay these within their states. Arkansas bidders will now be charged sales tax per the new laws passed on internet sales.

Most auctioned items are pre-owned, vintage collectibles. All are described as is and as found. We have photos and information for bidders to make their own decisions before bidding and to inquire about items before placing bids. We do our best to describe all items and estimate conditions as we see them. Please do your own research and judging of the condition of auctioned items and ask any questions prior to bidding if you may have any.
