Signed Chittussi. Oil on panel, 17.5 x 27.5 cm. Proveniens: Köpt år 1953 av professor Holeho, Prag. To be dated to circa 1886/7, the present landscape is to be compared with the two landscapes of Svatovitsky rybnik and Mocal in Bohemia of the same time, now in the Narodni Galerie, Prague, inv.no. O - 2856 and O 4808 (see exhibition catalogue, Narodni Galerie Prague, 1996, no. 153 and 162, with ills.).
