Christie’s charges a premium to the buyer on the Hammer Price of each lot sold at the following rates: 29.75% of the Hammer Price of each lot up to and including €20,000, plus 23.8% of the Hammer Price between €20,001 and €800.000, plus 14.28% of any amount in excess of €800.000. Buyer’s premium is calculated on the basis of each lot individually.

The Slovenian architect and visual artist Apolonija Sustersic lives and works in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Amsterdam (the Netherlands) where she has her own art/architecture studio practice. She graduated in architecture at the University of Ljubljana (1992) and did a postgraduate study at the Rijksakademie voor Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam (1994-95). Sustersic is Professor of Visual Art and Head of the Department of Permanent Transformation at the Royal University College of Fine Arts in Stockholm, Sweden. In a series of projects she was engaged with social research and urban development in different European cities (2003). In her practice she explores the physical, psychological, social and political aspects of public space and architecture. Throughout her progressive installations, she changes the identity of spaces. Sustersic worked in collaboration with Meike Schalk on the project The Relational Museum in 2007. Recent works include: Sunset Cinema, Luxembourg (2007), Garden Service at Edinburgh International Festival (2007), Cinema/Studio, Hybrid Activity, Leidse Rijn, Utrecht (2004), Community Research Project, Ibid. Projects, London (2003), Urban Landscapes, with Egbert Haneke, Heimer & Partner Galerie, Berlin (2002). Her work was part of the exhibition Unlimited NL-3 in de Appel in 2000.
