Total shipping CHARGE will include packing, shipping, insurance AND 10% of that cost. All shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on record. Removal of goods or arrangements for packing must be completed by the conclusion of the auction.
B. For items of size, shipping arrangements will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be coordinated for pick-up within two weeks of the sales conclusion. Any buyer who leaves items for more than 2 weeks without pick-up arrangements shall be charged a minimum of $10.00 per day up to an additional 14 days. TERMS and CONDITIONS

It is with regret that the sale first scheduled for April 10, then re-scheduled for May 29 will once again be postponed. Houser Auctioneers does not take this decision with ease. Unfortunately, Governor Wolf of Pennsylvania has failed to release Lehigh County from the RED stay at home order. As such, Auctioneers are prohibited from running both live and internet auctions of antiques and general personal property. It was our hope an attempt by our republican state legislature to override the governors orders would pass but that failed last night (20 May) Mostly along party lines. It is truly a travesty this governor has changed his standards for re-opening no less than three times and continuously fails to justify the metrics he is now using to re-open counties. The Auction has now been postponed to Friday July 10, 2020. Any bids placed will carry through to that new date. The remaining terms and conditions still apply. I would encourage everyone to call Governor Wolf's office and express your dissatisfaction that people can go to the large chain stores and see more people than you would at an auction.

B. This auction is being presented as both an on-line auction as well as a live auction with in house bidders. In addition, there will be several hundred additional lots sold IN HOUSE ONLY. If there are any interest in those items, please contact the auctioneers.

4. PRE-APPROVAL:
A. IN-HOUSE bidders who desire to pay with a personal check must coordinate with the auctioneers before the check will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
B. INTERNET BIDDERS will register with auctionzip/invaluable for approval. A valid credit card must be on file with auctionzip/invaluable or the registration will be declined.
C. ABSENTEE and PHONE BIDDERS will need to submit a valid driver's license with a valid photo ID as well as a photo of a major credit card. Photos may be emailed to Jason@Houserauctioneers.com or sent via text to 484-550-8593. Registration for absentee and phone bids will be taken only up to 24 hours prior to sale date.








4. TERMS:
A. With the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, possession of the lot being offered will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein. The successful bidder thereupon will pay the full purchase price plus the buyer's premium (if appropriate) and assume full risk and responsibility for the said lot. At no time will the auctioneer, nor its employees nor agents, be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All property must be removed by the purchaser at his or her expense OR arrangements for packing and shipping must be coordinated and agreed to prior to the sale. ALL items must be paid for and removed by the conclusion of the sale 10 APRIL 2020 unless alternative arrangements have been coordinated.
B. The auctioneer is the sole authority in declaring the winning bidder. Should a dispute arise between IN-HOUSE bidders, the auctioneer may at his discretion, open up the bidding between only the disputed in-house bidders. No dispute with internet/absentee/phone bidders will be honored.
C. Should bidding result in a tie between an IN-HOUSE bidder and an ON-LINE bidder, the auctioneer will declare the IN-HOUSE bidder the winning bidder.
D. Houser Auctioneers and the seller reserve the right to withdraw any property, catalogued or otherwise, up to, and including the moment of sale.
E. If the auctioneer decides, irrespective of any publicized or catalogued estimate, that any opening bid is below the value of the lot offered, he may reject the bid and withdraw the lot from sale, and if, having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that any advance thereafter is insufficient, he may reject the advance.
F. INTERNET BIDDERS: HOUSER AUCTIONEERS will not release the winning buyer from payment obligations for any reason to include such things as mistaken bids or key strokes. All internet bids are binding and final.
G. NO ITEM WILL BE REMOVED (IN-HOUSE or INTERNET) FROM THE AUCTION SITE WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT!
H. Title transfer for any item will NOT BE EXECUTED until the payment method clears. Buyer's can expect five to seven business days for checks and 3 to 4 business days for credit cards. THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TITLE TRANSFER FEES.

5. PAYMENT:
A. INTERNET BIDDERS/PHONE/ABSENTEE BIDDERS ONLY: Upon being declared the highest bidder by the auctioneer, the buyer's CC will immediately be charged the full sales price plus the appropriate buyer's premium. Multiple purchases will result in multiple charges; each charge representing the purchase price plus the buyer's premium.
B. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: Full payment is due at the conclusion of the auction.

7. There are no taxes associated with this auction except those for registration and/or title transfers.

8. CONDITION & DESCRIPTION:
A. Although HOUSER AUCTIONEERS take great care and diligence in cataloguing of lots offered for auction, all property is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" and neither we nor our consignors or agents make any warranties or representations as to the correctness of the catalogue entry or other descriptions contained therein, of the physical conditions, size, authenticity, operational condition, or quality. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine the correctness of any particular item.
B. INTERNET BIDDERS/PHONE/ABSENTEE BIDDERS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL…NO EXCEPTIONS. If a prospected purchaser desires more photos of a specific lot, at least 3 days notice will be required to arrange for the photos. INTERNET BUYERS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT OF INSPECTION/RETURN AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO RETURN THE GOODS FOR ANY REASON.
C. Approximately 55 lots of Hollywood memorabilia will be sold with additional authentication paperwork. This paperwork has been created and can be verified by visiting James Spence Authentication (www.spenceLOA.com). All verification numbers are visible on the respective lot.
