Condition Report

Overall the condition of the lead-tin alloy is good with wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are several nicks and scratches, including to the forehead, the proper left arm, the chest and abdomen, the proper right leg, the proper right foot, and the proper left thigh. There are particular scratches around the stigmata holes in the hands and feet and to both armpits. The fingers of both hands are slightly bent, consistent with the softness of the material. There is a minor stable fissure at the proper right shoulder, possibly due to the arm being cast separately. There are several small holes to the front and back of the head, where a crown may have been inserted. There is some yellowish wax residue, in particular around the shoulders, and there are remnants of a sticker to the proper right shoulder blade. There are two holes to the drapery at the back, one of them exposing the core material.
