As a Courtesy, Direct Auction will Bring Items to our Primary Shipper, the UPS Store in Lincolnwood, Illinois, at no Additional Cost to You. Direct Auction Galleries shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, suitability of, or defect in any lot. Bidder Inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Direct Auction Galleries reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at its discretion. In the event of a discrepancy, technical glitch, or any other circumstance, the auctioneer's decision as to who is the winning bidder is final. Direct Auction Galleries shall not be held responsible for missed bids, internet outages, glitches, or anything else that might cause a bidder (internet, absentee or live bidding) to lose an item at auction. Direct Auction Galleries reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Some items may have reserves, and, as such, the auctioneer has the right to bid on the seller's behalf. Buyer's Premium is 22% with a 3% Administrative Fee when paying by Credit Card or Paypal (Domestic Purchases, International Paypal is 4.5% Administrative Fee). Most Items must be Picked up by the Buyer, or Shipped via a 3rd Party Shipper, unless it is Easy to Ship, then we will ship it and charge you for doing so, plus Insurance, Materials, and a Modest Packing Fee. (It is Our Judgment Call on which items we will ship in-house - Please see the Item's Description). It is the Buyer's Responsibility to Contract with the 3rd Party Shipper and pay them for Packing, Shipping, and Insurance. 10 1/4% Illinois State Sales Tax on top of the Hammer Price and Buyer's Premium will apply to all Items Purchased, unless shipped out-of-state, or unless the Buyer has a valid dealer's resale number on file. Payment Terms are Cash, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Unless you are a regular customer of Direct Auction Galleries, all Purchases of coins or jewelry over $1,000 must be made by wire transfer. Payment(s) should be made to Direct Auction Galleries within 3 days of the Auction. A Late fee of an additional 5% Buyer's Premium will be Added for all Items not paid for or picked up within 7 days of the Auction. Any Purchases not Paid for within 13 Days may be Voided and Re-Sold at the Discretion of the Auctioneer.
