Signed to the lower mount by the European Ryder Cup Team, including Mark James, Darren Clarke, Sergio Garcia, Padraig Harrington, Miguel Angel Jiminez, Paul Lawrie, Colin Montgomerie, Jose Maria Olazabal, Jarmo Sandelin, Jean Van de Velde, Lee Westwood, Andrew Coltart, Jesper Parnevik, Sam Torrance and one other. Also signed twice, in pencil, by the artist Linda Hartough (once with an inscription and adding the words Ryder Cup 1999 beneath her signature). Limited Edition number 41 of 850. The American Team won the competition by a margin of 14.5 to 13.5, the closest score possible in a Ryder Cup competition except for a tie.
