Paris, ca. 1750-55
Pierre Roussel (1723-1782)

Polished and inlaid kingwood. Marble top. Fine fire-gilt fittings. Bombé, three-drawer case on high, slightly flared legs. Very fine diamond mosaic. The fittings have rocaille and foliage. 89 x 130 x 65 cm. Stamp on edge of front apron: JME P ROUSSEL. Condition B.
