1923. Inkdrawing, pencil and opaque white on paper collage. Passepartout cutout 48,3 x 39cm; Cardboard 68 x 58,5cm. Denoted, signed and dated bottom right: OB 169, ELLA BERGMANN 1923. Framed. Presumably furnished by Robert Michel with a passepartout of "elefant skin". The verso is inscribed by him: "Ella Bergmann, 1923 - 'Prismatik' affixed detail sheet, ink and pencil Hö= 68,0 x Br= 59,0 in CM gemessen, einschl. Passepartout- und Dämmplatten-Montage'; as well as '(oB 169 ist analog B 166, abgebildet in 'Die Frau als Künstlerin' von Hans Hildebrand - Moses-Verlag-Berlin - 1928'. Furthermore handwritten notes: '1963: 9 Ver-Nr.: Leverkusen' and 'Liborius: 1970/6' as well as the stamp: 'Heimatmuseum of Modern Art', Schmelz near 6239 Germany". Provenance: Robert Michel
