By bidding on an item in this auction you are agreeing to enter into a contract with us. This is an auction, items are consigned to us and we rely on the consignor for authenticity and accuracy. Auctioneer is not responsible for errors and omissions so please ask questions and inspect items prior to bidding. Please feel free to contact the auction house PRIOR to bidding with your questions or requests for additional pictures. Failure to request this information prior to bidding will result in a non-refundable order. A 15% buyers premium is charged a percentage on top of the final bid price or hammer price. We accept absentee bids, phone bid, online bidding or live in the auction house. Please call to make arrangements for absentee bids or phone bids. Request bidding approval 15 minutes before START of auction, otherwise we may miss your request while we conducting the auction. Phone bids may require a minimum Bid. Payment is EXPECTED IN 7 days of sale, or by prior mutual agreement with the Auction House. If no communication has been made within 7 days, a dispute will be filed with Invaluable or EBAY. Ensure that if you have moved recently - that you change the address in your profile - that is the address we use for shipping and will not reimburse lost or delayed items because of a wrong address.

Our preferred payment method is PayPal through the link on the invoice but you can pay via credit card with the link also attached to the invoice, or call us directly at 603-494-5964 with your information. Note that the address on the INVOICE is the address we ship to, unless you contact us directly to change it. WePay DOES NOT forward your address on payment to us.

We ship light and small items. Larger or heavier items will be shipped via Supreme Pack and Ship. Once paid for, we will deliver the items to them and they will call with shipping options. You are responsible for paying them directly.
