Payment
Payment must be paid in full before property is released. Funds will be due upon closing of the Auction or presentment of invoice. Payment accepted includes: Check, Cash, Visa, Amex, Disc, MasterCard and Paypal. Checks may be held for up to 5 days for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale.

Buyer's Premium
An 21% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax unless they have a have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with E. M. Wallace Auctions prior to bidding.

Shipping
Sold property must be removed from premises within 14 days otherwise a $5 per day storage fee will be assessed per lot, per day. Packing, shipping and insurance of purchased lots is conducted by P.C. Patel owner of the Tarpon Springs Zip n Ship located at: 114 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689; (727) 934-2646; zipnship.patel@gmail.com. After payment to E. M. Wallace Auctions lots will be delivered to this location and the shipper will contact the buyer in regards to options and rates. Zip N Ship can accommodate USPS, FedEx and UPS. Should lots be purchased and needed for the 2013 Holiday season the purchaser will need to communicate that need with Zip N Ship as expedited service charges may apply. For faster processing, the buyer can contact a shipping company of their choosing. The buyer will not hold E. M. W. Auctions liable for any damage or loss after merchandise has been released from our possession. We will not be liable for any tariffs, VAT, GST or other taxes or charges levied by the receiving countries for property shipped internationally. Nor will E. M. W. Auctions be liable for providing insurance; that is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not ship ivory internationally.
