Description

C.1835, George Marsh {partial label}, 8-Day, wooden works, beveled case with straight cornice. Condition: the mahogany veneer case has been refinished, but is in very good condition. The label is missing a large section, lower center, but the maker is still evident. Movement is sound and with 2 original & large iron weights. Dial is xlnt. Hands are original. Mirror is original, top glass replaced. Pulleys are intact. Note this case has a sliding dust cover behind the cornice, to protect the pulleys. Ht 36" $500--$700
