All property offered and sold through Tidwell Antique Auction shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions below. By bidding at the auction, whether present in person or by agent, by written bid, telephone, internet or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. No returns. No exceptions. We do our best to describe the items; our descriptions are no way to be interpreted as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition and materials. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchase is not contingent upon shipping costs. You must be aware of the shipping costs before you bid on an item.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ARRANGE SHIPPING, ASK US IF YOU NEED HELP ON THIS MATTER, WE DO NOT PACK OR SHIP THE ITEMS IN HOUSE. We offer 3 months storage for items purchased through auction. ALL ITEMS WILL INCUR A $5 A DAY STORAGE FEE FOR EACH LOT NO MATTER SIZE IF LEFT IN THE AUCTION FACILITY AFTER THE 3 MONTHS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUCTIONEER DIRECTLY.

All items are sold to the highest bidder by the auctioneer. The auctioneer has the right to deny or refuse any bid! Bidding may be reopened at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and to reoffer the item at another time, IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS AN ONLINE BID ON AN ITEM AS WELL AS AN IN HOUSE BID, THE BID WILL BE PLACED IN HOUSE FIRST. Bid increments can be changed as auctioneer deems necessary.

International buyers should be aware that certain countries do not allow the importation of items containing materials made from endangered species. This includes, but not limited to, ivory coral and tortoise shell. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with relevant import and customs regulations prior to bidding.

All items purchased from Tidwell Antique Auction must be paid in full within 7 business days after the auction date. Unpaid invoices will be disputed on Invaluable after 7 business days. Additionally, bidder cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent if no contact has been paid.

Online bidders have a buyer's premium of 20%. Invaluable adds 5% to the buyers premium to cover their services making the total buyers premium 25% for online bidders. There is an in house buyer's premium of 15% if paying with cash or check. If using a credit card, in house buyer's premium is 20%. This buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold.

All purchases (including buyer's premium) are subject to an Oklahoma State tax of 6.25% unless (1) the buyer is an out of state resident and lots are being shipped out of Oklahoma or (2) the purchaser has a valid tax resale certificate (an actual resale certificate must be presented and on file with Tidwell Antique Auction)

Tidwell Antique Auction does not handle any shipping or delivery services. All items not being picked up by the buyers at Tidwell Antique Auction will need to be picked up by the buyers chosen shipping agent. We will transport small items to the local shipping center for you, but you will be responsible for arrangements with the shipping center and payment to them. We have a list of delivery companies that we are familiar with. You may contact us for a referral. Buyer must contact the delivery company directly after the auction to arrange shipment and payment for delivery.
