To get approved to buy as a new client, we will need your valid identity information and 1:5 deposit. Send this information to artiaservice@hotmail.com. Buyer's premium/Commission is 25% of the hammer price.

The auctioneer has the sole right to settle disputed bids and decide whether or not to re-offer the lot.

PAYMENT:

Payment has to be made upon receipt of the invoice. Absentee bidders will be notified within 5 working days of the sale. We accept payment by wire transfer and Paypal. Purchases made by Paypal will result in a 5.9% transaction fee charged by Paypal company. Won absentee bids must be paid within 5 working days. When you bid on an item you automatically accept the terms of sale. In the event the buyer does not pay in full within 5 working days of the sale, the buyer is in default, therefore title has not exchanged. In the event of a buyer default, the buyer has to pay a 25% default fee and releases the title of that said item.
Any payment not made within 5 working days of the purchase will result in a 20% late fee and ban from future auctions.
