* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* We will accept cash and all major credit cards for payment.
* There is an 23% Buyer Premium for all items besides Cars, there will be a 3% discount on the buyer premium for Cash Payments.
* There is an 15% Buyer Premium Cars, there will be a 3% discount on the buyer premium for Cash or Check Payments.
* We will also accept certified checks and wire transfer for vehicles. Payment must clear before vehicles will be released to winning bidder.
* Possession of vehicles will not take place until the transfer of title for the vehicle(s) is complete
* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.
* Pickup will be Monday, June 8th from 10:00am to 5:00pm ONLY!
* Shipping will be provided by 2nd Cents, Inc. There will be a minimum $20 handling charge plus our shipping cost. We can ship most items under 24" in-house. Larger items such as furniture, statues, and large art may require crate or freight shipping service. We do not offer these services; you must arrange and pay for these services on your own. We will assist in palletizing and preparing these items for pick-up. There is a $50 pallet handling fee for this service.
