Terms and Conditions of Sale
In these conditions the words 'Perry's' ,'Auctioneer' or 'Auctioneers' means 'Perry's Auctioneers'.
A 15% Buyers Premium applies to all lots sold.
The amount of a winning offer shall be paid to Perry's by the Buyer, together with the commission of 15% of the Hammer Price ( the Commission ) and Israeli VAT on commission.
An item which is priced in US dollars will be calculated in New Israel Shekels in accordance with the prevailing rate of exchange cash sale as published by the Bank of Israel on the date of the payment (` the Dollar Exchange Rate` ), but not less than the exchange rate on the day of auction.
Payment to Perry's Auctioneers shall be effected immediately upon the conclusion of the auction but, at any event, not later than five business days after the date of the acceptance of the offer by the Buyer.
A Buyer is liable to pay interest on any delay in payment, at the rate of 5% per month of the amount payable, with adjustments to index-link all outstanding amounts payable to the Dollar Exchange Rate. Interest is payable from the date payment became due up to the date of actual payment plus Israeli VAT for Israeli buyers.
Should the Buyer fail to pay the hammer price and\or Commission and\or the Vat, Perry's will be entitled to act as it deems fit to preserve the rights of the Seller, including retention of the acquired item, forfeiture and set off any amounts payable.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute arising, at the auctioneer's discretion, the lot shall be put up again and resold, the auctioneer's decision being final.
All lots are open for inspection prior to the sale, and are sold with all faults, if any - explicitly stated. No error or misdescription shall invalidate the sale and the buyer is bound to take delivery of the goods without allowance or reduction in price.
The auctioneers reserve the right to accept or refuse any bid or bids without having to state any reason or reasons therefore, and to bid on behalf of the vendor or any prospective buyer with or without disclosure.
All goods lie at the buyers risk after the fall of the hammer - all due care shall be taken by our staff but we are not accountable for any damage or loss which may arise thereafter.
Upon payment of an invoice, goods may be delivered. All goods must be paid for and picked up by the buyer or have organized shipping.
TERMS: Prompt payment for goods by Cash, Paypal or Credit Card.?Mastercard, Visa, AMEX credit and debit cards only (4% surcharge), Paypal payments (4% surcharge) All lots purchased are to be paid for before delivery of any one or more lots.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above terms and conditions, any monies paid by the buyer shall be absolutely forfeited, and the goods may be resold, through auction or by any other means, without notification, at the risk and expense of the former buyer. The buyer shall be liable for any loss that may arise on such resale.
This auction is the first Internet sale Parry's is conducting, Parry's will not be liable in any way for any communication problems, disconnections, slow response or any other technical faults.
The courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have the sole jurisdiction in any dispute between Perry's Auctioneers and the Buyer or any potential Buyer, based on the details of this agreement and\or related to the sale and\or to the transfer of any item.

Shipping Terms
Flat shipping fee is $60
-Combine Shipping-
We will do our best to combine shipping to save you as much as possible. The shipping cost for each additional item is $30 or less for smaller items.
-Shipping & Handling-
We pay great attention to details when it comes to shipping your purchase. The reason our items arrive safe and sound is due to proper packaging. We use strong cardboard boxes and adequate padding material (bubble wrap, foam, shipping peanuts), and for posters we use strong mailing tubes to ensure the shipment withstand shocks and pressures that are a part of the journey. Items which come with different parts, such as glass porcelain and sets, will be individually wrapped.
Items are sent via Express Mail International (EMS) or Registered Mail.
-Shipping to the US-
Express Mail International 4-5 business days. Delivery via USPS. Online tracking is available.
International Registered Mail 10-21 business days. Tracking number is provided with limited online tracking.
-Shipping to Europe-
EMS 2-3 business days. Delivery via the national mail carrier. Online tracking is available.
Registered Mail 8-12 business days. Tracking number is provided with limited online tracking of the shipment.
-Shipping to Australia, Japan and Asia-
Express Mail International 5-7 Delivery via the national mail carrier. Online tracking is available.
Registered Mail 14-31 business days. Tracking number is provided with limited online tracking.
We will usually ship within 3-4 business days
-Insurance-
Total Loss insurance is offered with Express Mail International (EMS). Items valued at a maximum of $160 US are insured with no additional fee. For items valued over $160 US there is a $1.3 US fee for every additional $189 US of the item's value, or part thereof.
-Customs Duties-
VAT, Tax or any customs or import duties that are levied at the country of destination are are to be carried by the customer. Israeli buyers pay 16.5% VAT (this is added to your invoice and cannot be waived)

Check the status of your shipment in the Israeli Post website: http://www.israelpost.co.il OR via your national mail carrier once the shipment arrived in your country.

-About postal delays-
Some items occasionally experience customs and security delays. We have no control over these delays and cannot predict when they may occur. Most packages arrive on time and lost packages are very rare. Long delays caused by country of destination postal and customs, however, are not so rare. If you don't receive the package by the estimated delivery times, please allow an additional 7-12 business days for the package to be delivered. If you are experiencing an unusual delay, please do not hesitate to contact us.
