All property offered and sold through Hua Xin Auctions shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth by Hua Xin Auctions. By bidding at the auction, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. All items are available for examination and inspection prior to sale. Prospective bidders are encouraged to examine all items in which they have an interest.

All properties are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final with no Refund, No Exchange and no credit. We do our best
to describe the item's material, age and conditions. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be interpreted as a face nor a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition and materials.

Hua Xin Auctions does not make any express or implied warranty as to the authenticity, history or artist. No statement in this catalog or elsewhere, orally or in writing, shall be construed as an express or implied warranty, representation or assumption of liability as to authenticity. Any such warranty is waived. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections.

Hua Xin Auctions reserves the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse admission to the premises or participation in any auction and to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute and sole discretion to advance the bidding in such a manner as he may decide, to withdraw or divide any lot, and to combine any two or more lots. In the event of error or dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, whether during or after the sale, the auctioneer has final discretion to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale, or to reoffer and resell the lot in dispute. If any dispute arisesafter the sale, Hua Xin Auctions sale record shall be conclusive.

A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot for floor, absentee, phone bidders, LiveAuctioneers bidders and Invaluable Bidders.All items purchased must be paid for within 7 days. Hua Xin Auctions will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. If a buyer fails to contact Hua Xin Auctions within five (7) days following the sale, the credit card used to secure the bid will be charged the amount of the invoice. Hua Xin Auctions accept the following forms of payment: BANK DRAFT, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, AND WIRE TRANSFER. If paying by international certified check, Hua Xin Auctions reserves the right to hold the item(s) until the check has cleared. In addition, invoices under $2000 may be paid for with a properly authorized Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

All property purchased from Hua Xin Auctions must be paid within 7 days
after the auction. All property purchased, must be removed within 30 days after the auction date. Hua Xin Auctions will not be responsible for paid items left for over 30 days after the auction date. (unless a prior agreement has been made). Items left after 30 days will incur a $5/day storage fee per item. Once storage fees have exceeded the
actual purchase price of the item(s) Hua Xin Auctions can exercise the right to repossess the item and re-auction.
