Tom Hall Auctions - CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Written descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Tom Hall Auctions attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

2. The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder. If any dispute arises after the sale, Tom Hall Auctions sale record is conclusive.

3. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the close of the auction.

4. There will be a 18% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot and it will be considered part of the total purchase price. (This includes Auction Zips 5% Buyer Premium)

5. All purchases will be subject to a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a valid tax-exempt number or the item is being shipped out of Pennsylvania by an independent shipping company.

6. PAYMENT - Items purchased through online bidding will be paid for by credit card only, NO PAY PAL..

Accept for purchases. NO PAY PAL, CASH OR CHECKS.

7. SHIPPING - SHIPPING IS PROVIDED BY A 3RD PARTY SHIPPER AT BUYERS EXPENSE. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE AUCTION DATE. A $25.00 A DAY FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED AFTER 14 DAYS.

8. AUCTION PICK UP: Buyers are responsible for removal of all purchases.
NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A PAID RECEIPT.
NO EXCEPTION.

9. Tom Hall Auctions shall not release the internet bidder from payment under any circumstances. All internet bids are binding. No Exceptions.

10. All perspective bidders must be registered and be approved by Tom Hall Auctions, Inc. There will be "NO" exceptions. If you are not preregistered you will "NOT" be permitted to bid.

11. IT IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL TOM HALL AUCTIONS WITH PAYMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION COMPLETION. Tom Hall Auctions will attempt to call you to collect payment.

If you are picking up your purchases you must bring your paid receipt at time of pickup to collect any purchases.

Failure to make payment within 7 days of the auction will result in a dispute registered with Auction Zip and you will forfeit the items. Tom Hall Auction will hold the property until full payment is made.
