Frame rubbing. Two repaired tears with patches on the reverse, each 2 x 2 inches (one just above the center and the other at the upper right) and inpainting. Dirty varnish. 3 inch hairline scratch in lower right corner. Inpainting over approximately 30% of the painting. Signature has been strengthened.
