Description

Oil on Board, signed lower right, Gilt and gesso frame, plaque reads: "The Tiff" Constant Wauters 1826-1853. Frederick W. Thom Limited gallery label on back of panel. along with old artist label and red wax seal. work measure 15" x 20" frame measures 21" x 25.5" Work is clean and bright. Appears to have been properly conserved. Frame shows lines to molding from shrinkage over time, but is overall intact and very good. Shipping weight 10 lbs.
