II.XI The buyer/successful bidder must pay for fees, costs and applicable taxes and collect lots within a maximum of ten (10) calendar days, after which time he/she will be charged interest for delayed payment as provided for by Law 3/2004 of 29 December. After this period has elapsed, he/she will also be liable to pay the amount of six (6) euros per day per object to cover the costs of storage.
SUBASTAS GALILEO will only hand over the lots knocked down once these and any amounts outstanding in respect of same have been paid in full.
III.XII The shipping shall be at the sole risk and expense of the buyer. Should the buyer ask SUBASTAS GALILEO to dispatch the objects, the costs of this service will be paid by the former. Any and all damages that may occur during transportation will also be his/her exclusive responsibility. The current charges for this service may be consulted in the House beforehand. The insurance covering possible damages caused during transportation will be paid for by the buyer.

El transporte de los lotes adjudicados será realizado por el adjudicatario/comprador por su cuenta y riesgo. En caso de solicitar nuestros servicios los gastos que ocasionen el embalaje y transporte de los mismos correrán por cuenta y a cargo del adjudicatario/comprador y deberán ser pagados anticipadamente. No responsabilizándose en ningún caso SUBASTAS GALILEO de cualquier desperfecto o pérdida que pueda recibir la mercancía durante su transporte. Cualquier reclamación sobre los envíos será tratada directamente con la compañía de transporte correspondiente y su tramitación seguirá los conductos habituales de cada una de ellas.
