Participation in the auction implies unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale. Prior registration,
via presentation of an official piece of identification, is compulsory for all potential buyers. Sales are executed in cash in euros. Catalogue prices are starting prices.
The purchaser of an item will be its highest and last bidder. In addition to hammer price, a buyer's fee will be charged : 20 % plus VAT if applicable; for works to which Artist's Resale Rights are applicable, the successful bidder will pay a 4 % supplement to total sale price and legal costs.
Live Auction : an additional buyer's premium of 3% ex. taxes (3,59 inc. taxes) will be charged to this buyer's premium

If the sale is contested or an error is made, the lot will be re-auctioned. The bailiff or executing notary will decide any issues that may arise during the sale without appeal.
The Auction House cannot be held responsible for any problem due to technical difficulties. All benefits and risks are transferred to the buyer on completion of the sale.

Prior viewing will provide the buyers an opportunity to confirm the nature of the lots and their current state, no complaints will be accepted after the sale. The Auction House reserves the right to refuse entrance to the auction room or to request departure of any person disrupting the sale.

to set the progress of bids, to refuse bids, to separate, join or withdraw lots from the sale or suspend the auction. Only the original French version of these conditions will be deemedvalid. Courts of Brussels will have sole jurisdiction in the event of litigation.
