First edition, presentation copy printed on parchment for Harry Smith, presented by the Bibliophile Society, with an inscription to that effect on the ffep, with negatives of the Dickens letter and portrait printed in facsimile in the book inserted; bound in contemporary full stiff board parchment, 9 x 6 3/4 in.
