Modern quarter calf over marbled boards. Scattered foxing, route map creased and a bit spotted, offsetting and a few edge tears; corners worn.

Second edition. Portlock and Dixon's ships were separated during the voyage and they both published accounts covering the charting of the Pacific northwest and trading in Hawaii.
