All items purchased "In-State" are subject to payment of North Carolina State sales tax of 6.75% on the total purchase price (final bid plus the Buyer's Premium as defined in the Conditions of Sale) unless the purchaser presents proof of exemption therefrom. An exempt purchaser must provide a properly completed North Carolina State Resale Certificate evidencing possession of a valid North Carolina State Resale or, for non-North Carolina State businesses, the equivalent resale authorization from another locale. Purchases will not be released unless all sales tax requirements are satisfied. Purchases shipped outside of North Carolina are not subject to sales tax.

Condition Statement

The District of Columbia Sales Tax is computed on this total purchase price. The purchaser will be required to pay the Sales Tax unless exempted through possession of a valid District of Columbia Sales Tax number.
