Dorothy B. Primm (1918-2007) Bally Vaughan Ireland Watercolor. Professionally framed and matted. In frame 18 3/4"x15"x1/2". Weight 3 pds 5 oz. as educated in Montreal, Canada and a graduate of McGill University. Dorothy B. Primm attended L'Ecole des Beaux Arts and also studied oil with Emile Gruppe and watercolor with Betty Lou Schlemm. She had a career in music before devoting full time to art on Cape Ann. She was twice the piano soloist with the Gloucester Symphony Orchestra, had solo recitals in Montreal, and was a teacher and organist. She was a member of the Rockport Art Association, North Shore Arts Association, Beverly Guild of Artists, Newburyport Art Association and Studio at Rocky Neck, Gloucester, Mass
