A collection of original pencil drawings,
fine preliminary sketches with annotated notes on colours, for working up into final watercolours: a three-part landscape numbered 1-3 from Crater Hill through Observatory Hill to Cape Armitage dated April.7.11, an unnamed rock formation and three sketchbook sheets dated Sept.13.11. Together with a watercolour pencil caricature of Wilson as a Penguin entitled "Our Bill" and a watercolour paint box by Ackermann & Co. believed to be the property of Dr Edward Wilson.
