TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. CATALOG INFORMATION:
A. This auction consists of approx. 100 lots with associated pictures and descriptions

2. ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:
A. INTERNET BIDDERS: VISA/MASTER CARD.
B. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS ONLY: CASH, PRE-APPROVED CHECK, VISA/MASTER CARD

3. BUYER'S PREMIUM:
A. INTERNET BIDDER'S ONLY: 10% of the total sale price (10% Houser Auctioneers + 3% Auctionzip fee)
B. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: NO BUYER'S PREMIUM for cash or PRE-APPROVED CHECK (ALL Checks must receive prior approval from the auctioneers. NO CHECK will be accepted without prior coordination.) 4% Premium for CC use.

4. PRE-APPROVAL:
A. IN-HOUSE bidders who desire to pay with a personal check must coordinate with the auctioneers before the check will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
B. INTERNET BIDDERS who desire to register for a HOUSER AUCTIONEERS on-line auction and bid greater than $1000.00, will be required to obtain pre-approval for bidding. Required documents for pre-approval will be a valid phone number and address verified by a faxed/e-mailed government issued ID. In addition, a valid CC (visa/MC) will be provided by the buyer and charged $1 to ensure authenticity.

4. TERMS:
A. With the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, possession of the lot being offered will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein. The successful bidder thereupon will pay the full purchase price plus the buyer's premium (if appropriate) and assume full risk and responsibility for the said lot. At no time will the auctioneer, nor its employees nor agents, be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All property must be removed by the purchaser at his or her expense OR arrangements for packing and shipping must be coordinated and agreed to prior to the sale. ALL items must be removed by the conclusion of the auction.
B. The auctioneer is the sole authority in declaring the winning bidder. Should a dispute arise between IN-HOUSE bidders, the auctioneer may at his discretion, open up the bidding between only the disputed in-house bidders.
C. Should bidding result in a tie between an IN-HOUSE bidder and an ON-LINE bidder, the auctioneer will declare the IN-HOUSE bidder the winning bidder.
D. Houser Auctioneers and the seller reserve the right to withdraw any property, catalogued or otherwise, up to, and including the moment of sale.
E. If the auctioneer decides, irrespective of any publicized or catalogued estimate, that any opening bid is below the value of the lot offered, he may reject the bid and withdraw the lot from sale, and if, having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that any advance thereafter is insufficient, he may reject the advance.
F. INTERNET BIDDERS: HOUSER AUCTIONEERS will not release the winning buyer from payment obligations for any reason to include such things as mistaken bids or key strokes. All internet bids are binding and final. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS!
G. NO ITEM WILL BE REMOVED (IN-HOUSE or INTERNET) FROM THE AUCTION SITE WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT!
H. Houser Auctioneers and the seller reserve the right to withdraw any property, catalogued or otherwise, up to, and including the moment of sale.
I. All weapons not concidered antiques sold to internet bidders will be processed at an FFL located in Slatington PA. The weapons will be delivered by the seller and ALL PROCESSING FEES are the responsibility of the buyer. Normal check fees are $35.00. Additional fees may be encured for shipping. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ELEGIBLE TO RECEIVE the antique weapons. There will be no returns.

5. PAYMENT:
A. INTERNET BIDDERS ONLY: Upon being declared the highest bidder by the auctioneer, the buyer's CC will immediately be charged the full sales price plus the appropriate buyer's premium. Multiple purchases will result in multiple charges; each charge representing the purchase price plus the buyer's premium.
B. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: Full payment is due at the conclusion of the auction.
C. For the vehicles only, prior coordination must be made with the auctioneer before bidding will be accepted.
6. PACKING & SHIPPING:
A. AUCTIONEERS assistance in packing and shipping is available ONLY with prior coordination and agreement. All shipped parcels will be taken to a professional pack and ship station. The items will be packed, shipped, and insured at the BUYER's expense. An additional handling fee of 10% of the packing, shipping, and insurance charge will be added to the total shipping price. Total shipping CHARGE will include packing, shipping, insurance AND 10% of that cost. All shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on record. Removal of goods or arrangements for packing must be completed by the conclusion of the auction.
B. For items of size/weight; shipping arrangements will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be coordinated for pick-up within one week of the sales conclusion. Any buyer who leaves items for more than 1 week without pick-up arrangements shall be charged a minimum of $10.00 per day up to 14 days. After 14 days from the sale conclusion, all items may be re-sold with no obligation to the buyer.

7. There are no taxes associated with this auction.

8. CONDITION & DESCRIPTION:
A. Although HOUSER AUCTIONEERS take great care and diligence in cataloguing of lots offered for auction, all property is sold "AS IS" and neither we nor our consignors or agents make any warranties or representations as to the correctness of the catalogue entry or other descriptions contained therein, of the physical conditions, size, authenticity, or quality. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine the condition, size, and age of the item.
B. IN-HOUSE BIDDERS will be allowed 15 minutes to inspect purchased property. If said purchase does not meet the description offered by the auctioneer, the buyer may return the item at no charge. The 15 MINUTE RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.
C. INTERNET BIDDERS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL…NO EXCEPTIONS. If a prospected purchaser desires more photos of a specific lot, at least 3 days notice will be required to arrange for the photos. INTERNET BUYERS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT OF INSPECTION/RETURN AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO RETURN THE GOODS FOR ANY REASON.
