Syrias Vibes Art Auction Ts & Cs

Auction day is Sunday the 25th of March 2018, with the 1st lot starting at 2.15pm SHARP

Bidding is by paddle only and all bidders must register with us. Online bidders must register with www.invaluable.com

For those attending the live auction in Bagots Hutton on Ormond Quay, Dublin City, registration for bidding starts in Bagots Hutton from 1.30pm, but please get in early.

Online bidders can register online at least 10 days before the auction by visiting www.invaluable.com

All lots must be paid in full prior to removal from Bagots Hutton.

All buyers are subject to a 5% buyers premium, which helps the charity cover event and admin costs.

The auctioneer and event managers are authorised to execute bids on behalf of absentee bidders.

Absentee bidders must have their bids lodged by 9pm on Saturday the 24th of March.

Any offer made after the auction must be made directly to the Auctioneer ONLY, and NOT to event or SCOOP Foundation / Syrias Vibes staff or volunteers.

All disputes will be settled at the Auctioneer's discretion.

PHONE BIDDING

All phone bidders just register their name, phone number and interested lot(s) / artist & artwork by Friday the 23rd of March 2018. Bidding slips can be filled out in Bagots Hutton, or mail Andy at andyjs@syriasvibes.com for a bidding slip or more information.

ONLINE BIDDING

Online bidders must register online with www.invaluable.com at least 24 hours before the auction, though the auction will be on the website 10 days prior to auction day on Sunday the 25th of March.

www.invaluable.com charge 5% per successful lot, which we in turn will charge buyers. We will charge buyers a maximum of 5%, which means we take the hit on the buyers premium with online bidders.

DELIVERY SERVICE

We will offer a delivery service over 2 days - Monday the 26th of March & Tuesday the 27th of March - and this will be charged to the buyer.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer, debit card and major credit card. All cheques must be made out to: The SCOOP Foundation

Those paying online must be careful NOT TO USE the reference SYRIA or SYRIAS VIBES when making payment, or payment may be held by American banks.

Shipping Terms

Shipping will be charged to the buyer.
