Early Shuttlecock coloured print from 1877 - comprising a fine, rare and very early four-colour cartoon print from 1877 by André Gill (17 October 1840-1 May 1885) the renowned French caricaturist. This fragile print, measures 65 x 48 cms., is entitled 'Rentree du Coeur Leger' from 'Lune Rousse' is a reference to someone being light-hearted, shows a man keeping a large red heart air-born with a racket as he would a shuttlecock
