Description

COUNTRY LANDSCAPE - This is a lovely watercolor painting by well listed English Artist EDMUND GEORGE WARREN (1834-1909). The painting is signed by the artist. Warren was part of the English tradition of landscape artists who recorded the rural nature of the English countryside. This lovely work measures 9 1/2 X 13 3/4 inches and comes unframed but mounted 14 X 17 inches. The condition is very good, although the mounting is not very good. I would date this piece to circa 1870.
