"Redwoods": Image size 10 1/4" x 6 1/2", monogrammed lower right, titled lower left, unframed size with margins, 12 1/4" x 8 3/4". Urban Scene with Clock Tower: Total size is 12" x 9", unsigned, condition several minor tears in the margin. "Old Peppertree at San Gabriel Mission": Image size 7 1/2" x 10 1/2", signed lower right, titled lower left, unframed size with margins, 9" x 12 3/4", condition several small tears in the lower left margin. "Mission San Juan Capistrano", colored pencil drawing, 12" h., 9" w., unframed, not monogrammed, condition pinholes in corners, and several blemishes in upper and lower margins.
