EDWARD I. R. JENNINGS (American, 1898-1929), figures in a jungle, watercolor, signed and dated 1929 l/r, 11-1/2"h, 9"w; few light scratches to paper. Note: Jennings was a native of Charleston, SC and, after studying at both Columbia University and the Carnegie Institute of Technology, became a well-known figure in the Charleston Renaissance movement of the early twentieth century.
