Purchased lots will become available only after payment in-full has been
made.
The sale will be conducted in Euros. In addition to the hammer price, the
buyer agrees to pay us the buyer's premium together with any applicable
value added tax.
The buyer's premium is 23 % + VAT being 27,5 % of the final bid price of each lot up to and including 15 000 €, 20,90 % + VAT being 25 % of the excess of the hammer price above 15 000 €.

noted in the legal records thereof. Attributions were made in view of scientific and artistic knowledge at auction date.

An exhibition prior to the sale permits buyers to establish the conditions of the works offered for sale and no claims will be accepted after the hammer has fallen.

The highest and last bidder will be the purchaser.

Should the auctioneer recognize two simultaneous bids on lot, the lot will be put up for sale again and all those present in the saleroom may participate in this second opportunity to bid.

An export license can take five or ten weeks to process, although this time may be significantly reduced depending upon how promptly the buyer supplies the necessary information to L'Hôtel des Ventes de Neuilly.

COLLECT AND STORAGE CONDITIONS

Purchased items may be withdrawn, free of charge, following the sale
until 10.00 AM the next day at Drouot.

For purchased items of various sizes (objects, furniture etc…)
All items which have not been collected at Drouot will be transferred
to our Neuilly auction house and stored for a period of one month free of charge.

For voluminous items
Items of voluminous dimensions will be transferred directly to our storage
unit located at Saint-Denis (93200).

There will be a transfer fee of 40 Euros per lot (not exceeding 3 items
that is for a maximum charge of 120 Euros VAT inclusive).

For the first 15 days (until the 25th of June 2010), storage
will remain free of charge.

Passed this delay (from the 28th of June 2010 onwards), storage fees
will be applied as the following:

Items measuring less than 50 cm in height :
- There will be a storage fee of 1.50 Euros HT/1.79 Euros TTC per day.
Items measuring over 50 cm in height :
- There will be a storage fee of 3.50 Euros HT/4.18 Euros TTC per day.

In order to simplify the collect, items of various sizes will be stored together
at our storage unit for one same buyer.

Attention : For the retrieval of any cumbersome items, the auction house does
not guarantee the handling procedure. The buyer will therefore be expected to
insure the minimum presence of two persons for the collect.

Our opening hours a tour storage unit are the following:

Thursdays from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
Fridays from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM.

Contract

Purchased lots will become available only after payment in full has been made.

The sale will be conducted in Euros. In addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay us the buyer's premium together with any applicable value added tax.

The hammer stroke will mark the acceptance of the highest bid and the pronouncing of the word "adjugé" or any equivalent will amount to the conclusion of the purchase contract between the seller and the last bidder taken in consideration.

The internet bid live constitutes a bidding contract between the bidder and Aguttes.
