Notes

Djurre Pieter Duursma was a member of 'De Anderen' [The Others], an art association founded in 1916 by the Dutch artists Theo van Doesburg, Erich Wichman and Lou Saalborn. The short-lived association focused on the artistic and social interests of modern artists. Twenthe, 4 March 1916). Works by Djurre Pieter Duursma are hardly ever offered.
