They would love the opportunity to ship your items to you but you may, of course, use whomever you wish as your chosen shipper. 3 Little Men will store merchandise free of charge for a period of up to (10) business days from the final sale date. After that period a one-time $25 handling fee will be assessed and a daily storage charge of $5 per lot/day will commence regardless of lot size or value.

We have made every attempt to note any significant condition issues, however, the absence of a condition statement does not indicate that it is free from imperfection. All lots offered in our online only ABC Auctions are packed and moved to a third party storage facility ahead of the sale. Payment

All payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Payment must be made by cash, check, certified check or credit card. Purchases paid for using personal checks will be held until payment has cleared the bank. Non-US purchasers must make payment using a US-dollar denominated check drawn on a US bank or by international money order or wire transfer. There will be a $15 processing fee for all wire transfers.

Taxes

All purchases are subject to a New Jersey State sales tax of 7% on the total purchase price, final bid plus the Buyer's Premium, as defined in paragraph 8 of the Conditions of Sale, unless the purchaser provides proof of exemption. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax must submit appropriate documentation to Millea Bros. Ltd. including a properly completed New Jersey State Resale Certificate (ST-3 Form) or equivalent out-of-state resale authorization with business card or letterhead.
