Denman Fink was a noted WPA artist, architect, uncle to Dade County Commissioner George Merrick and directly influenced the design and construction of the famous Coral Gables Venetian Pool. Fink exhibited at the National Academy of Design, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, Art Institute of Chicago among others.
