A young lady, in blue dress with white gauze upstand collar and double lace cuffs, cameo brooch fastened at corsage, white Cashmere shawl embroidered with red and blue, her fair hair upswept in a plait with curling ringlets, her left elbow resting on a green plinth
signed and dated 'F. Lieder pinxit 1819' (mid-right)
on card
oval, 5 5/16 in. (135 mm.) high, gilt-metal mount
