Born in England, Fred Pye attended the Julian Academy and Colorossi Academy in Paris before moving to Cincinnati, where he was an active member of the Cincinnati Men's Art Club. His delicate watercolors suited the landscapes and coastal scenes for which he is best recognized. Framed and matted. Excellent condition.
