Surgeon General V. von Wiebel, facing left in blue coat with red-bordered gold-embroidered blue collar and gold buttons, black stock, wearing numerous orders including the Imperial Russian Orders of St Ann (second class) and St Vladimir (fourth class), the Royal Prussian Order of the Iron Cross and the Royal Bavarian Order of Civil Merit signed and dated 'Lieder in Berlin 1817.' (mid-right) on card oval, 5 1/8 in. (131 mm.) high, gilt-metal mount.
