''WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK'' - Not framed. - Not lined. - In the sky, near center, an area of restoration; at its widest, this restoration is approximately, 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 in. - Some surface scratches visible in foreground at lower left, with associated paint loss. - Some paint loss, missing chips, in sky and along parts of outer edges of canvas. - Small puncture with some broken canvas matrix at lower right; some stretcher bar marks. ''THE CHAPEL HILL ROAD, NORTH CAROLINA'' Sheet size: 14 x 19 7/8 in. - Matted, not framed. - With yellowed tape piece across top edge and two smaller tape pieces along bottom edge, all on front of outer edges of sheet. - With thumbtack holes in each corner. - Overall, in good condition with generally fresh colors, the full sheet.
