Whilst little is known of the life of Gerolamo Oldofredi Tadini, Panzetta lists many of his exhibited works which he presented not only in his native Milan but further afield in Italy and even at the Royal Academy in London. His monument to Giuseppe Garibaldi is at Molfetta.
