GLADYS WILLIAMSON died 2007 age 93, previously Gladys Rennie. Attended Liverpool Art College in the 1930s. Had a wartime job as a forester in Bont Uchel and operated the forestry crane that today stands outside Ruthin Craft Centre (see copy article on the Home Front from the Denbighshire Free Press, May 3rd, 2007).¦¦A comprehensive collection of the artists unframed work including fine poster drawings for the Royal National Eisteddfod of Wales, Caernarfon 1935, The Great Western (Harlech), MG Cars, Ffyffes Bananas, Imperial Airways and many others together with original certificate from the Royal Drawing Society, dated 1931
