Description

This first edition engraving is from Willem Goeree's Mosaize historie der Hebreeuwse Kerke. The work was published in Amsterdam by Willem & David Goeree in 1700. The work consisted of engravings of views and maps mostly completed by J. Luyken. It included illustrations of the Patriarch Jacob, the Ten Plagues, the Perigrination of the Jews in the Wilderness, the Tabernacle, and the Desert Encampment.
